Somatic ERA™ Method Practitioner Training (Educational Program)
1. Program Overview
The ERA Practitioner Training is a 6-month, cohort-based educational program for professional development.
It includes:

Weekly live group sessions

Experiential learning and peer practice
-
Case consultation and supervision
-
Two private practitioner calibration sessions
2. Nature of Services (CRPO Alignment)
This program is not psychotherapy and does not constitute the practice of psychotherapy as defined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

No assessment, diagnosis, or treatment is provided
-
No therapist-client relationship is established
-
Participation is for educational and skill development purposes only
Linda R. McFadden is participating in the capacity of educator and trainer, not as a Registered Psychotherapist within this program.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participants agree to:

Engage in the learning process responsibly

Maintain their own personal and professional well-being

Apply material within their own scope of practice and professional judgment

Seek appropriate clinical supervision or therapy outside this program if needed
4. Scope of Practice
Participants are solely responsible for:

Working within their professional designation, licensing body, and legal scope

Ensuring that any client work complies with their regulatory requirements
This program does not grant licensure or authorization to practice psychotherapy or any regulated health service.
5. Payment Terms
